If for various reasons you consider that the choice made by you does not satisfy you 100% or if you have simply changed your mind, Ro Group INTERNATIONAL offers you a period of 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase to request the replacement of the product, the return of its value or changing to another model.
In the unlikely event that you received an incomplete or non-compliant product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Products can be returned by filling out the return form and following the return conditions.
"30 days right of return" does not in any way affect the legal rights of return within 14 days, in the case of distance trade, provided for in GEO 34/2014. The law regulating the right of withdrawal can be consulted here. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary to fill out the return form. The costs of returning the product will be fully borne by the Customer.
We want you to be well informed about our return policy and therefore please read carefully the steps mentioned below necessary to return a product.
General return conditions for products sold by Ro Group INTERNATIONAL:
• The product will have to be in new condition, without scratches, chipping, bumps, without vices caused by an external shock and without wear. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, box, pallet, etc.), but also not to risk refusing the return or majorly diminishing the value of the returned products.
• Please do not remove the labels and do not apply various scotches or labels on the product, other than the original ones.
• Those mentioned above will have to be properly packed in another box - to protect them during transport.
• If the products were purchased in the form of special packages or that benefit from other gift products or promotional products, they cannot be returned individually, but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product, under the conditions previously described.
• If the purchase was made as a result of a promotional campaign, the return of the value of the products will be made according to the invoiced value.
Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the refusal of the return request. The decision will be communicated to the Customer based on an aesthetic and technical assessment of the returned product.
How do I return a product?
The return of the products by the consumer within maximum 14 calendar days from the date of communication of the withdrawal from the contract (after completing the return form), must be made with the same means with which they were delivered (using the same courier company with which the products were delivered) and to the same address from which the package was initially delivered to the consumer. We will send the courier to pick up the products, the return shipping cost being identical to the cost of delivering the order. It will be withheld from the amount returned to the online card with which the payment of the order was made.
The refund of the money will be made by electronic means (refund on the card account).
Ro Group INTERNATIONAL will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the return value until receiving the product, verifying it and accepting the return. The amount to be returned will be calculated depending on the integrity of the product and the possibility of being resold as a resealed product.
The return form is a model and is not mandatory. According to the legislation in force, the customer must provide the complete data necessary for the return. The customer understands that once the return form is completed, it speeds up the return process.
The reception of the return is made in a specially monitored video space, the lack of the product (which is subject to withdrawal from the contract / return) from the package entails the discharge of responsibility for Ro Group INTERNATIONAL, the return being considered not made according to the legislation in force. Next comes the verification of the returned product whose condition must be identical to that in the return form filled in by the consumer. The differences may be grounds for refusing the return. If the differences occurred in the transport process, Ro Group INTERNATIONAL assumes responsibility for the return, and will recover the value of the product from the courier company.
If the returned product is unsealed, Ro Group INTERNATIONAL will ask a specialist to examine the integrity of the product in order to bring the product to the sale stage:
If the product has been handled (used) otherwise or longer than is "necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products", as required by the legislation in force, but can be put back on sale, the return will be accepted and the consumer will be refunded the money, less transport costs and those resulting from bringing the product to its original form, even by changing consumables, accessories or parts of the product;
If the product has signs of wear or is incomplete then the return is refused.

Interior accessories - Steering wheel covers, Seat covers, Car mats, Sunshades and blinds, Window films, Car comfort, Supports and ashtrays
• They can be returned if they show no signs of use and if they are not damaged.
Outdoor accessories – Canisters and funnels, Various outdoor accessories
• They can be returned if they show no signs of use and if they are not damaged.
Electrical and electronic - Car inverters, Car vacuum cleaners, Alarms, locks and sensors, Various electrical accessories

Products for car cosmetics
• Products for Car cosmetics - Air fresheners, Shampoos, Car silicone, Upholstery cleaning, Window cleaning, Car wipes and napkins, Car polish - can be returned only if they are sealed.
Oils, petroleum jelly and additives
• Products can only be returned if they are sealed.
Maintenance and repairs – Car jacks, Car tools and tools
• They can be returned if they show no signs of use and if they are not damaged, together with the other identification elements attached, a copy of the invoice and a copy of the receipt proving the payment of the product.
